Russian invaders, rushing away from villages in the north of the Zhytomyr region, blew up two bridges and were engaged in looting. This was announced by the head of the Zhytomyr military administration Vitaliy Bunechko.
He noted that residents of villages in the Narodychi community, who were recently liberated from rashists, cannot yet return to normal life. The fields in the community are covered with the remains of rocket ammunition, which the enemy used to shell the villages. In addition, explosive objects can be found in abandoned houses, on streets, on playgrounds, in forests, in reservoirs, on roadsides, and so on.
"Mine clearance is being performed on the de-occupied territories. Unfortunately, there are cases when civilians were blown up on explosive devices left by the invaders," Bunechko said.
Russian invaders, fleeing from the villages of the Zhytomyr region, destroyed an airstrike and blew up two bridges in the Narodychi community.
Russian army was engaged in marauding, looting people's homes in the villages.
"According to local residents, even shovels, buckets and basins were loaded at the end"- said the head of the military administration.
He added that the residents of the liberated village of Grezlya were given humanitarian aid and decided on further steps to return our settlements to peaceful life.
"First of all, we had a talk with the National Police, the state emergency service, foresters, power engineers and local authorities about mine clearance of territories, restoration of power supply, assistance to local residents in restoring damaged housing," Vitaliy Bunechko said.
We recall, that the territory of Zhytomyr region is fully liberated from the Russian occupation forces.
