The city of Bucha near Kyiv was under fire from the first days of the full-scale invasion of the Russian army, and it was occupied by Russians from the beginning of March. On April 1, it became known that the Armed Forces of Ukraine released Bucha.
Mayor of Bucha Anatoly Fedoruk reported about hundreds of dead people after the liberation of the city from Russian invaders. In particular, a mass grave was discovered in the city, where almost 300 people were buried.
And there are dozens of corpses on the streets of Bucha. All the victims were in civilian clothes, some were lying right on the sidewalk, some were near a car or a bicycle.
Adviser to the head of the Office of the president of Ukraine Mykhailo Podolyak also posted a photo on Twitter, showing the bodies of people with their hands tied.
"Bucha, Kyiv region. The bodies of people, who were shot by Russian soldiers, lie on the streets with their hands tied. These people weren't military. They had no weapons. They didn't pose a threat. How many more such cases are happening right now on the occupied territories?" - the message says.
The exact number of dead is now being determined.
