Today, on February 24 at 05:00 o’clock in the morning Russian armed forces started heavy shelling of our units in the East, rockets and bombs stroke airdromes in Boryspil, Ozerne, Kulbakino, Chuhuiv, Kramatorsk, Chornobaivtsi and also military facilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. At the same time, aggressor started artillery firing of Ukrainian territory and build-up areas along the state border and on the border with the temporarily occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
Five Russian aerospace aircrafts and two helicopters were shot down, 2 tanks and several trucks of the
Russian armed forces were destroyed in the area of Joined Forces Operation.
Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine gave order to inflict maximum damages on the
invaders.
“At present the Ukrainian defenders had not suffered losses” – the General Staff of Ukraine noted.

-Prohibition of changes of Constitution, elections, referendums.
-Censorship is allowed.
-Compulsory labor for the capable.
-Possible prohibition of political parties, if their activity threatens sovereignty of Ukraine.
-Withdrawal of property for the needs of defense.
-Evacuation of population from dangerous areas.
